I started Bev's Heavenly Preemie Gown yesterday and boy are my arms tired. I worked for a few minutes on it this morning. I sure can tell I need to build up my crochet muscles. :-)

I can always tell when I've been on a stress-induced knitting frenzy, my fingers hurt from gripping the needles so tightly! Good luck building those crochet muscles! :o)
