Share Your Soles

From time to time, I run across some interesting non-profits not related to crafting. I thought I might as well post them here in case others might be interested.

My most recent find is Share Your Soles which accepts used shoes and donates them to the needy and impoverish throughout the world, including Hurricane Katrina victims. I have saved just about EVERYTHING of Hannah's and since we won't be having another girl, I need to see what shoes I can donate. I found this info through a friend of a friend's website called Mothers Fighting For Others. Check it out when you get a chance.
